THERAPY

How can therapy help?

Therapy offers a unique space for individuals to explore and understand their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a supportive environment. Through therapy, clients can develop coping strategies, gain insight into their challenges, and learn effective ways to navigate difficult emotions. It provides a structured opportunity for self-reflection and growth, helping clients to cultivate resilience and find a sense of empowerment in the face of grief, anxiety, or life transitions.

Initial Consultation
First Session
Ongoing Therapy

I offer free 30 minute phone or video consultations that offer you a chance to ask questions and find out if we are a good fit.

In your first therapy session, we will discuss your concerns, history, and explore possible goals. We will begin to establish rapport, clarify expectations, and begin building trust. Together, we'll explore potential paths forward and lay the groundwork for future sessions in a safe and supportive environment.

In ongoing therapy sessions, expect continued exploration of your concerns, emotions, and progress towards your goals. I will offer support, guidance, and tailored interventions to help you navigate challenges, gain insight, and foster personal growth. Sessions provide a safe space for reflection, learning, and positive change.

For a heart stained in anger grows weak and grows bitter. You become your own prisoner as you watch yourself sit there wrapped up in a trap of your very own chain of sorrow.
