My client would likely describe me as down to earth and authentic. It is not uncommon for me to use humor or informal language in session. While I am compassionate and empathetic I will also be firm with clients when necessary to promote growth.

Outside of me as a therapist, I am a Colorado native living in Longmont. I live with my husband, young son, 2 cats, and incredibly spoiled dog. I enjoy gardening and listening to live music.
